Crédit Agricole: A Powerful Identity in Every Region

    After successfully partnering with Brandimage to create its brand identity 25 years ago, Crédit Agricole, one of the world’s largest banking institutions with roots in France, again turned to Brandimage to define a new style guide for outdoor signage that simultaneously reflects the brand’s original values (proximity, a committed regional presence) and its ambitions for future success.

    Brandimage designed a modern and powerful signage concept that “starifies” the CA icon, placing it at the heart of its graphic environment. A symbol of openness as well as the brand’s powerful identity, the CA sign is majestically highlighted in every aspect of the concept: a refined brand typeface, rounded shapes, and the dominant white color reinforce the design’s modern appeal. A graphic and iconographic system promotes every region and reflects regional diversity while creating global adhesion.

    Powerful and modular, this new signage concept concentrates the essential markers of the Crédit Agricole brand identity, encouraging consistency for the entire network while respecting the diversity of regional characteristics.
