Air France: A New Lounge for Short-Haul Travelers

    Air France asked Brandimage to overhaul its lounge at the BORDEAUX-MÉRIGNAC AIRPORT as part of a comprehensive branding program.

    Using bright colors paired with light wood furnishings that recall the design of Air France’s flagship business-class lounge in the Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport, Brandimage redesigned the lounge to feature a relaxation area that ensures confidentiality, privacy, and calm but with a focus on short-haul travelers. We included a large guest table that allows busy travelers with just a few minutes to spare to enjoy a coffee or snack as well as work tables and a collaborative area for customers to concentrate, talk, or hop online between flights. We emphasized the visibility of services, enhanced the brand codes for immediate recognition, and seamlessly integrated the customer journey while conveying Air France’s commitment to luxurious, quality travel even for short trips.
